Co-op Admin Manager

The Co-op Admin Manager fulfills requests for members who visit or call the Co-op with a high level of accuracy, speed, and customer service. They will assist in a large variety of needs and services for members. They also oversee the team of admins and work directly with the Co-op manager to ensure a high level of trust, service, and support for all members.

• Working with the Co-op manager to establish best practices for managing tools and process

• Work with the Co-op manager to create schedules for admins.

• Teach and train other Co-op admins on all Co-op functions.

• Booking travel: flights, rental cars, hotel rooms, etc.

• Operating Zoho Desk to process member requests

• Adding support articles to the knowledge base in Zoho Desk

• Establishing a cadence for auditing information found in the knowledgebase

• Assisting and educating other knowledgebase administrators

• Using Zoho CRM to keep member information up-to-date

• Coordinating with Jupiter provisions on catering requests

• Coordinating with Facilities on business event requests

• Managing room schedules for business event requests

• Managing event requests for on and off-site business events

• Issuing UTA passes to employees

• Providing in-person support for members in the Co-op and at the Express Lane (as needed)

• Providing phone support for members (as needed)

• Following-up on requests to ensure a high level of satisfaction and accuracy

• Building relationships with different units/groups within the company who the Co-op provides services for

• Passing out the newsletter

• Ordering fitness trackers

• Teaching and training other team members on all Co-op services

First 30 Days

  • Become familiar with Wavetronix company structure
  • Become familiar with company leaders across all departments
  • Build a strong relationship with the Technical Information Systems, Facilities and Jupiter Provisions group members
  • Get to know names and faces of members
  • Become familiar with Zoho Desk and how to process tickets
  • Become familiar with the vision of the Co-op
  • Help distribute the company newsletter

90 Days

  • Become familiar with the New Employee Development program and its activities
  • Successfully book a business event on our calendaring system including facilities and catering requests
  • Successfully book travel requests: flight, hotel and car rental
  • Perform duties as a Co-op agent at the Express Lane
  • Successfully complete a Fitness tracker request
  • Accept payments in Tavlo

1 Year and Beyond

  • Become familiar with Zoho CRM and how to add/edit member profiles
  • Become a brand ambassador for the Co-op and its programs
  • Help launch the Co-op in the new building
  • Add/edit/audit articles in the agent knowledgebase
  • Approve outbound communications for members
