Requirements:
Previous Experience: 2 Years Preferred
Work Ethic: results-driven, ambitious standards for personal and team results find work personally rewarding. The ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk on a hard floor, adapt to changes in room temperature, and occasionally work in the presence of loud background noise.
Basic Software Skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook or be willing to learn
Technological Adaptability: able to learn and utilize a variety of learning technology tools
Communication Skills: Able to speak and write clearly, actively listen, show openness and respect towards others
Social Skills: enjoys being with people, exhibits humility and empathy, works at emotional management, actively seeks to build trust
Schedule: Mornings except some evenings for events

First 30 Days and Beyond
Receive training by Downtown leadership on some of our Wavetronix 'soft' skills Company Culture Company Department Structure Learn and exemplify our food culture by:
▪ Willing to learn and try new ingredients, methods, and techniques
▪ Constantly build skills and knowledge in the culinary arts
▪ Research new methods, techniques, and ingredients
• Assist in providing food daily to our local employees by:
o Cleaning and cutting fresh ingredients
o Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers
o Help plating, packaging, and serving food
o Re-stocking and setting up kitchen stations
o Actively take on assignments and projects as needed.
o Working events
▪ Help nurture our in our Kitchen garden:
o Harvesting
o Pruning
o Weeding
o Updating our Garden log
o Understand and follow our employee food safety standards
o Provide Food handlers certificate
o Receive our kitchen safety training
o Follow all hygiene and food safety standards
